Youth to Singing Christmas Tree in Memphis
This is a youth outing (though others are free to join us!) on Saturday, December 13. We will leave at about 12:15 from the church parking lot. We will go to the Singing Christmas Tree event at Bellevue Baptist Church then go to the zoo for the lights, go out to eat, and return home. Cost is $25 per person. See Mary with questions.
Galentines Event
Tickets are available in the church office and through the church center app. Payment can be made by check, cash, or cash app if paying in person and debit/credit card if paying through the app. We anticipate selling out this event so we encourage you to get your tickets early! We will only sell 300. Tickets are only $25. The event will include a talk and book signing. She will have books for sale that day; you can also bring your own for her to sign. Youth Veritas
What is Veritas? Veritas is the largest event of the ACCYM year. The event is hosted at the Ft. Smith Convention Center in Ft. Smith, AR. The event concentrates on offering an incredible experience with great speakers and worship. Between worship sessions, youth will attend what they signed up for, as small groups and breakout sessions are held at the same time. The breakout sessions provide for learning and personal growth, and the small groups open doors to encountering new people of similar ages and begin friendships, while engaging with the weekend’s theme through discussions and activities.There are also vendor tables, a prayer room, and a gameroom which will be open throughout Saturday. In addition, devotionals are provided to each church to be discussed as a way to reflect on the day’s experiences together.
